InnerGroup Names Neha Bubna VP of Production for InnerStudio

The appointment gives InnerGroup’s offshore creative-production unit a lead for AI, automation and workflow technology, but the announcement is more positioning than proof of a new production model.

InnerGroup has appointed Neha Bubna as VP of Production for InnerStudio, its offshore creative production studio for in-house marketing and creative teams.

The company says Bubna will lead the adoption of AI, automation and workflow technology across InnerStudio, working with Rob Andrews, EVP Global Content. InnerGroup frames the role as part of a push to move clients from AI experimentation into production-ready use across print, digital, video, CGI, packaging, copy, translation, web design and retouching.

Bubna has previously worked across hybrid and offshore delivery models at companies including Interpublic Group, WPP, Publicis Groupe and Tag Worldwide. InnerGroup says her role will focus on improving production operations through process design and technology adoption.

For MSR readers, the story is mainly a small signal from the marketing-content supply chain. Agencies and in-house teams are trying to turn AI pilots into repeatable production systems, especially where large volumes of versioned content have to be produced across channels and markets.

The caveat is that this is still a hiring announcement. InnerGroup has not disclosed a specific new AI product, client deployment, measurable productivity result or production case study here. The interesting story would be what changes inside the workflow once those automation tools and “intelligent agents” are actually in use.
